As part of activities to mark the country’s 57th independence anniversary, Dana Air has announced that it will play a charity match against Med-View Airline and spend quality time with ‘Special Children’.
While congratulating the government, people and its guests for their support, resilience and patriotism over the years, the airline in a statement signed by its Media and Communications Manager, Mr. Kingsley Ezenwa, said it was proud to be part of the country with its enormous prospects.
It said, “As part of activities to mark the Independence Day, we will also be playing a charity football match against Med-View Airline and on the 2nd of October, we will visit and spend quality time with the ‘Special Children’ in our foundation while showering them with gifts and love. This is part of our broad corporate social responsibility and we are always happy to bring smiles to the faces of the less privileged in our society.
“For over 18 years, the Dana Foundation has been involved in a lot of community development projects as well as providing support to foundations and charity organisations that share same objectives.”
