Ufuoma McDermott’s new movie, What Just Happened, to hit cinemas September 14

Nollywood actress, Ufuoma McDermott, has announced that her new comedy movie “What Just Happened” will be in all cinemas across the country on September 14, 2018.

The actress who has been wetting her fans appetite with promotional photos of the movie shared the news on her Instagram page.

The movie features alist actors like Funnybone, Segun Arinze, Toyin Abraham, Mc Abbey, Mike Ezuruonye with McDermott herself playing the lead role.

“What Just Happened” is about a disgruntled female professor of Mathematics who returned home after many years of living in the United States and trying to find a man. She yielded to pressure to return to Nigeria in a bid to avoid the humiliation of finding a man.

As an intelligent and extremely disciplined woman, she loves to have her way because of her principles.

Meanwhile, in an interview with luxury reporter, McDermott revealed that ‘What Just Happened” has been in the works for three years.

McDermott started her career in entertainment with modelling in 2000 as a photographic model and later moved on to the runway and beauty pageants.

Ejenobor featured in her first movie role in February 2004 with Zeb Ejiro’s “The President Must Not Die.”

As they say, the rest is history as she is now a respected actress in the entertainment industry.
